Balancing Work and Family While Building an Empire

                                                                                                           

I woke this morning to a few unexpected issues that had to be dealt with in a timely manner.  I had a day planned working around my two kiddos activities, but that would have to be postponed.  And thanks to Rodan + Fields I can remain committed and focused on my family while I work! 

You see I work from my computer and phone.  So rather than an having to run off to the office or shop, I just log into my personalized 

Rodan + Fields Web site.  GOOD NEWS!  While I was sleeping I made some money. Residual income is a wonderful thing.

While I waited on hold for what seemed like forever,  I tapped into Pulse, the proprietary business management software provided to Rodan + Fields consultants, and “went” to work.  After successfully putting some people to work for the day, I did a few coaching calls with members of my team, drank a cup of green tea, telephoned two new prospects and revised my June schedule.  Now I’m writing this blog.

I don’t want to give the impression this job is for people who like to laze around in their PJs.  But it’s nice to know you can when circumstances dictate.  And being the master of my schedule makes it a lot easier to juggle all the things I need and want to do as a mother, wife and woman.

MY STORY

I'm a former sales manager/trainer/wife and mom who jumped at the opportunity to the ride the coat-tails of the dermatologist who created ProActiv and they set out to change the face of skincare and lives with their signature line of products, Rodan + Fields Dermatology.

My goals were to find a new, creative option in which I could still mold my schedule around my kids, and still have time to volunteer at school and in my community. I have been profoundly blessed to find more than I was looking for with this business model and compensation plan!

My goal today...is to make it to the top of Rodan + Fields pay plan this year and give my husband the opportunity to retire from his 25 years of Corporate America in 2012 and the long-term goals...ASK ME DIRECTLY!
