Rodan + Fields Business Is Not About Selling

A lot of people I talk to about joining my Rodan + Fields team, hesitate because they don’t like selling.

This is a common misconception.  Most top performers in network marketing are not sales types at all. They tend to be more introverted types who understand the power of the business lies in mastering relatively few simple tasks and teaching them to others.  The name of the game is coaching duplication. When those few simple things are done consistently by a relatively large group of people over a long period of time your income multiplies exponentially.

Don’t let the sales objection stop you.  Explain to potential partners that success with Rodan + Fields is not achieved by selling a a lot of product.  Rather, success occurs when a large group of people buy a little product for themselves, sell a little product to a handful of regular customers, then recruit and train others to do likewise.

Don’t say no to the Rodan + Fields opportunity because you hate selling.  It’s more like being a college coach.  You’ve got to recruit good players and teach them what they need to do to be successful.

MY STORY

I'm a former sales manager/trainer/wife and mom who jumped at the opportunity to the ride the coat-tails of the dermatologist who created ProActiv and they set out to change the face of skincare and lives with their signature line of products, Rodan + Fields Dermatology.

My goals were to find a new, creative option in which I could still mold my schedule around my kids, and still have time to volunteer at school and in my community. I have been profoundly blessed to find more than I was looking for with this business model and compensation plan!

My goal today...is to make it to the top of Rodan + Fields pay plan this year and give my husband the opportunity to retire from his 25 years of Corporate America in 2012 and the long-term goals...ASK ME DIRECTLY!

Creating financial freedom for my family is rewarding but helping others to duplicate this success is what makes this the best type of business in the world!
