MYTH BUSTERS

"My product label contains a specific ingredient, so it will deliver the results I have heard about."

Not necessarily. For an ingredient to be effective in a product, it must be used at clinically effective levels. Sometimes ingredients are only formulated for “label claims,” meaning the product contains the ingredient but not at the level that has been proven effective. While it may be difficult to determine if there is a sufficient level of an ingredient in the product to be efficacious, watch out for products that advertise the benefits of the ingredient rather than the benefits of the total product. In virtually all cases, it is not just about the individual ingredient but rather the combined benefits of the  ingredient, the application and the formulation.

Rodan+Fields Dermatologists ALWAYS use the clinically effective levels in their products!  The way they see it...it is their reputation that is on the line every time a product is used they want to know that it was created and marketed with integrity!
