Balancing Work and Family While Building an Empire

After a summer in Maine, caring for my parents, and the unexpected illnesses of my kiddos, and the never ending drama of extended family issues...I need a vacation!  

But, that will have to wait...there is work to be done...school begins in just 3 days and there is much to be done in preparation for that big day for my uncoming 4th and 2nd Graders!  While I am blessed to be a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a friend to so many I am equally blessed to remain committed to them and be able to grow my own empire, largely from  my phone and computer due to Rodan+Fields Dermatologist direct sales business model. 

Understand that this business that Drs. Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields created based on the four skincare concerns that they still see in their dermatological offices today,  is not easy but it is simple...you don't need alot of time...you just need to be consistent and timely.  You need to work smarter not harder!  And, I am here to take the stress off you as you begin to learn our products and business systems.

Rodan + Fields Business Is Not About Selling

A lot of people I talk to about joining my Rodan + Fields team, hesitate because they don’t like selling.

This is a common misconception.  Most top performers in network marketing are not sales types at all. They tend to be more introverted types who understand the power of the business lies in mastering relatively few simple tasks and teaching them to others.  The name of the game is coaching duplication. When those few simple things are done consistently by a relatively large group of people over a long period of time your income multiplies exponentially.

Don’t let the sales objection stop you.  Explain to potential partners that success with Rodan + Fields is not achieved by selling a a lot of product.  Rather, success occurs when a large group of people buy a little product for themselves, sell a little product to a handful of regular customers, then recruit and train others to do likewise.
