A successful Strategic Business Partner is someone who:
- has a friendly and outgoing personality
- has the desire to own your own business and needs to earn $2,000 or more per month
- has the desire to help build the core foundation of Rodan+Fields through establishing profit centers to meet the growing product demand
- is well-connected and social
- has the ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week to your business
- is business savvy
- has a strong work ethic
- has leadership skills or the willingness to develop them
- is self motivated and driven
- will commit to 30 days of training with a top leader in the company to help start your team, to learn our success model and how to duplicate it
- will commit to practicing our success model of 2x2 on a monthly basis (enrolling 2 new business partners, then helping them do the same)
- has the ability to invest between $400 and $1,000 to start your business, and $120 monthly to maintain your business
- has an understanding of network marketing/direct selling, or the desire to gain an understanding of it
- has the desire to change your financial future by helping others do the same

- has the desire to own your own business and needs to earn less than $2,000 per month
- has the desire to sell product by obtaining preferred customers
- is well-connected and social
- has the ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week to your business
- has a strong work ethic
- is self motivated and driven
- is willing to train for 30 days with your sponsor to gain product knowledge
- has the ability to invest either $395 or $695 to start your business, and $120 monthly to maintain your business
- has an understanding of network marketing/direct selling, or the desire to gain an understanding of it
- has a teachable spirit
- has the desire to change your financial future by helping others do the same
